And I look at them and they're in a, they have a commoditized product and they don't have, they have no community. And they think that doing sales every week is going to sell product. And it starts with community and you guys have started right square in the middle with that.
And the reality is in the black community, there's so much overlap with all these different organizations that reality is that you can connect with about 90% of the black community by authentically inserting yourselves and integrating yourselves within this community ecosystem.
We draw the line at what we call the lawful but awful. Lawful but awful should be absolutely fine. That stuff is allowed, but it should be up to individuals in the community whether they want to listen to it.
Not just coming in the class to your loggers everywhere because that's not a word. You actually need to do some, you need to do some for the community.
I don't want fans. I want co-creators become a part of my world. And that's now possible.
I leveraged the community and he leverages the information. Who has more value? I have more value.
But I was able to now spread my wings and go downtown to 57 first-side street where I think the real magic happened for not just my life, but for my career in the community because this became a staple to the community of landmark.
But again, customer service, everybody knows about the bad customer service experiences it had, that the remarkable ones, the ones that really stand out, you, people almost tell, tell other people about them because like, it's so rare that you have like a remarkable customer service experience that it's, it's a, it's a different shader.
That will bear fruit months and years down the road and the loyalty that can be created during that time, whether it's loyalty to your company from reaching out to customers, clients, perspective clients, past clients, just to see how they're doing during this.
And the idea there is it's like a separate subscription product and the other side of our value proposition is activating the local community.
I'm not the guy that just kind of shows up and wings it for the fans and the viewers at home.
