Michael Valor is the CEO of Valor Media, a boutique PR and personal branding firm he started at 18 as Average Joe Promo after quitting a newspaper ad sales job in North Carolina. He hosts the Overly Positive Podcast and specializes in what he calls fame engineering, working with personal brands, celebrities and organizations including the Miami Heat and the UFC.
