Hey Everyone!
A few years ago, I remember being stuck in a loop. Same thoughts. Same patterns. Same results.
I’d tell myself I wanted something bigger — more growth, more success, more freedom — but my actions didn’t really change. And if I’m being honest, neither did my thinking.
That’s what made this week’s conversation hit differently.
Talking with Anders Hansen, an illusionist turned transformation expert, he said something that completely reframed it for me:
The biggest trick isn’t what happens on stage — it’s what happens in your own mind. Because most of us aren’t actually seeing reality clearly. We’re seeing it through patterns, assumptions, and beliefs that were formed years ago — sometimes decades ago.
And the crazy part?
We don’t even realize we’re doing it.
The Ideas That Stuck With Me
Main Idea: You Don’t See Reality — You Interpret It
What it means: Your brain fills in gaps based on past experiences and assumptions. That means two people can look at the exact same situation and see completely different things.
Your Move: Start questioning your default assumptions. Ask yourself: “Is this actually true, or is this just what I’ve always believed?”
Main Idea: Limiting Beliefs Run in the Background
What it means: Most behavior is driven by subconscious programming — not conscious thought. That includes your income, habits, confidence, and decisions.
Your Move: Identify one belief that might be holding you back (money, health, ability) and rewrite it intentionally.
Main Idea: The Story You Tell Yourself Becomes Reality
What it means: If you believe you’re limited, your brain will find proof. If you believe you’re capable, it will start connecting different dots.
Your Move: Change the narrative. Start telling yourself a different story — even before you fully believe it.
Main Idea: Gratitude Is a State, Not a Task
What it means: Gratitude isn’t just something you check off. It’s a way of shifting how you perceive problems so they stop controlling you.
Your Move: Instead of listing things you’re grateful for quickly, sit with one and actually feel it. Let it change your state before moving on.
Main Idea: You Are Both the Limitation and the Opportunity
What it means: The same mind that holds you back is the one that can change everything — once you understand how it works.
Your Move: Stop looking externally for motivation. Focus on understanding and rewiring how you think.

This week was a reminder that most people aren’t stuck because of their situation.
They’re stuck because of how they see it.
And once that changes — everything else can too.
