The transition from college to real life is even harder than it's ever been because the job market, the competition that these young people have been under since they started. The shift from saying, I'm trying to get grades to actually giving results is a very different thing. The first day of class, last quarter that I taught, I said to them, look, your grade in here, doesn't matter to me.
For kids, young, I shouldn't say kids, but they kids to me, young people who are entering the workforce for the first time. The transition from college to real life is even harder than it's ever been, I think, because the job market, the competition, the competition that these young people have been under since they started.
