Spike Mendelsohn is a Top Chef alum, author and restaurateur who grew up in a Greek and Jewish restaurant family in Montreal and trained in Michelin-starred kitchens in France. He co-founded Good Stuff Eatery and We, The Pizza in Washington, D.C., works in food policy, and now runs the plant-based fast food brand PLNT Burger with Seth Goldman.
