Sean Michael Crane grew up in Santa Barbara, California, lost both parents to addiction and incarceration at 14, and was later sentenced to prison after a party fight he says he did not commit. He earned four associate degrees while incarcerated, has been sober for over a decade, and now works as a peak performance coach and author of a book about escaping the prison of your own mind.
