The imposter syndrome only hits people who are stepping out and doing big things. So I always say, hey, if you start to have those voices in your head saying, are you really, should you really take that as, yes, I'm actually on the verge of doing something big.
But I always say as a coach, your biggest competitor is not other coaches. It's the couch. It's comfort. It's the comfort zone.
Most people think they need to have fully arrived on every corner of their life in order to have credibility to teach. And I say, don't worry about the destination. Don't focus on the destination teach from your journey.
