Michael Newell was homeschooled through 12th grade and played hockey before dropping out of college, getting his real estate license and moving through short sales and distressed mortgages into new construction. He now builds over 400 workforce housing homes a year across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and Texas, and runs education events for builders.
