Josh Ellis grew up in East Texas, studied journalism, and began his career writing for the Dallas Cowboys before joining SUCCESS as an editor and becoming editor-in-chief in 2015. He has interviewed figures including Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins, Simon Sinek, DJ Khaled and Guy Fieri, and helped launch the magazine's Achievers mentorship community.
