John Durante grew up in his father's equipment rental company, took it over at 20, and later built his own rental business to ten stores before selling to private equity in 2019. He opened a new Florida operation in January 2020, weeks before the pandemic shutdown, and has grown it to just under $10 million in revenue in three years.
