George Hincapie raced professionally from 1994 to 2012 and rode a record 17 Tours de France, becoming known as one of the sport's greatest domestiques. Since retiring he has built businesses in Greenville, South Carolina, including Hincapie Sportswear, Hotel Domestique, Restaurant 17 and a national series of gran fondo events.
