Steve Moby Leitch

Steve “Moby” Leitch is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and endurance athlete specializing in resilience, purpose-driven leadership, and performance under pressure. He is the founder of Beyond the Shoreline Media and Rising Tides Ministry, organizations that use storytelling, coaching frameworks, and global endurance challenges to equip leaders and teams to persevere when quitting seems like the only option.
Steve is an accomplished ultra-marathon open-water swimmer and a multi-channel finisher, including the English Channel, Kaiwi Channel, Tsugaru Strait (Japan), and Cook Strait (New Zealand). His award-winning documentary Beyond the Shoreline:
