A visionary entrepreneur, James has built and led multiple successful businesses, including National Business Capital & Services, where his team facilitated over $1 billion in financing for small businesses nationwide.

James has always believed that technology and human expertise should work hand-in-hand to improve the lending experience. Under his leadership, ROK Financial has developed a highly efficient funding process, ensuring that small business owners receive tailored financial solutions that align with their needs. Today, his team processes over 400 transactions per month, distributing hundreds of millions of dollars to businesses nationwide.

Beyond his role at ROK Financial, James is a dedicated advocate for the small business financing industry. In 2019, he was appointed co-chairman of the Small Business Financing Association (SBFA) Broker Council, a non-profit organization committed to promoting transparency, fairness, and accessibility in alternative lending. Through this role, he works closely with policymakers and industry leaders to shape responsible lending standards and drive innovation in the commercial financing sector.

A Long Island native, James remains deeply connected to his local community, where he lives with his wife, Melissa, and their two children, Lilyanna and Jameson. He is an active supporter of local businesses and charitable organizations, often involving the ROK Financial team in philanthropic efforts. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys skiing, boating, traveling, and attending sporting events—but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his family.
