Deepak Shukla

I’m Deepak Shukla, the Founder and CEO of the Pearl Lemon Group, a multi-disciplinary business group spanning SEO, digital PR, lead generation, legal services, accounting, catering, property, home services and SaaS-driven automation.

I founded Pearl Lemon in 2016, initially as a specialist SEO consultancy. Since then, it’s grown into a portfolio of focused agencies serving clients across the UK, US, Europe, and the Middle East. My approach to building businesses is deliberately outcome-led and often contrarian. I’m far more interested in what measurably works than what’s considered “best practice.”

Before Pearl Lemon, I worked across banking, consulting, and digital marketing, while funding early ventures through freelance CV writing and sales roles. Alongside building companies, I’ve completed multiple Ironman triathlons, run ultramarathons, trained in Muay Thai, and lived and worked across Europe and South America. They’re xperiences that have heavily shaped my leadership style and appetite for calculated risk.

I’m a three-time TEDx speaker and regularly comment on entrepreneurship, SEO, sales systems, and modern agency growth. I currently live in Italy with my wife Daniela, our puppies Ken and Kiki, and our cat, Jenny.
