Co-Founder/President
Adam Gillman is a serial entrepreneur and brand whisperer whose career has spanned high-stakes startups, 9-figure exits, and industry-defining consumer brands. Equal parts operator and optimist, Adam has built a reputation for seeing around corners—and building the teams, products, and growth engines to meet the moment before it hits.
He’s currently the President and Co-Founder of Hiya Health, the fastest-growing kids’ wellness brand in America. What began as a bold mission to clean up children’s vitamins has since grown into a category-defining platform—with national retail expansion underway, and product lines spanning probiotics, iron, greens, sleep, and more. Under Adam’s leadership, Hiya has become a trusted staple for health-conscious families while remaining relentlessly creative, agile, and data-obsessed. The company sold a majority stake to Usana in 2024 for $205 million.
A key driver of Adam’s success is his mastery of creator marketing—he’s worked closely with some of the internet’s most influential voices to build brand equity, drive conversion, and engineer virality with authenticity. In an age of oversaturation, Adam knows how to make products move by creating movements around them—tapping into communities, not just CPMs.
And unlike many in today’s venture-chasing startup landscape, Adam has built and scaled multiple businesses without raising external capital. He’s a believer in discipline over dilution—maximizing margin, cash flow, and operational efficiency from day one. That capital-efficient mindset has not only made his companies more resilient, it’s created a culture of ownership and long-term thinking at every level.
Before Hiya, Adam founded F/ELD, a boutique cannabis brand that brought design, consistency, and modern marketing to an industry still shaking off its prohibition past. F/ELD was acquired by Glass House Group in 2019, delivering both financial returns and a blueprint for high-end CPG in emerging spaces. Prior to that, he served as CMO of GoLive Mobile, helping scale the company’s growth through savvy partnerships and a fearless approach to consumer attention—long before DTC was a hashtag.
But Adam’s superpower lies not in his resume, but in how he works: clear-eyed, relentlessly consistent, and full of creative horsepower. A master of unit economics, supply chain jiu-jitsu, and strategic positioning, Adam knows how to build profitable businesses without sacrificing storytelling or soul. Whether it’s reimagining men’s wellness, launching purpose-driven candy for gamers, or co-creating products with world-class influencers, Adam brings equal parts heart and horsepower.
Beyond business, Adam is a devoted husband and father of two sons, West and Lev. He writes weekly life lesson emails to his boys—a mashup of stoicism, business acumen, and love—that reflect his values: courage, personal freedom, consistency, kindness, gratitude, and learning. He lives in South Florida and believes the best companies are built the same way great families are: with discipline, clarity, humor, and the occasional dance party in the kitchen.
